Here in SD. Two cops, mentally sick individual who goes into shooting stance. One cop fires Taser the other his weapon. Both cops have over 20 years experience. One was a sergeant reduced to patrol officer for sexually harassing a female officer. He has continued to harass her according to radio reports. The victim was from Uganda.
The local churches are doing a great jobs working with the protectors and police. Nobody wants any other trouble.
Neither officer had body cans.

Given the sexual harassment laws in this state and the victimhood mentality of so many people out there, it can be very easy offense to blunder into. In many cases, it's a "crime" that doesn't really mean that much except to walleyed, foamy-mouthed feminists and liability-sensitive employers.
