Everything the Obama cohort did and/or does is a reflection of revenge against the past colonialism of Great Britain, and by extension the USA. His revenge was/is effected by community organizing techniques on a grand scale.
The ultimate goal is the elimination of nation states as they are defined by borders. Their very insistence on using the acronym ISIL is a declaration that the ancient tribal and borderless Levant is what Obama wants to see. In his mind the nations of Iraq and Syria should not even exist, much less be recognized in his acronym.
Everything destructive Hillary did reflects this motivation.
