PAYBACK: Obama Admin Sues Peter Thiel’s Palantir for Bogus ‘Racial Discrimination’
Breitbart ^ | 26 Sep 2016 | Joel B. Pollak

Palantir Technologies co-founder Peter Thiel is evidently paying the price for backing Republican nominee Donald Trump, as the Obama administration has slapped his company with a frivolous lawsuit alleging “racial discrimination” against Asians.

The lawsuit, filed and announced Monday by the Department of Labor, threatens the complete cancellation of every contract Palantir has with the federal government — a penalty worth $340 million, the lawsuit claims, which would end the company.

The claims in the lawsuit are laughable. The Obama administration alleges that Palantir discriminated against Asians. But it has to admit that Palantir, in fact, hired many Asians — 11 out of 25 software engineers, for example. The government does not even bother to claim that Palantir deliberately excluded Asians. Rather, it argues that since only 44% of Palantir’s software engineers are Asian, but 85% of the applicant pool was Asian, Palantir must, statistically, have discriminated against Asians.

>>The Democrats are equal to the Mafia<<

No way, the Mafia has a heart. They don’t go after family members.

Question:

IF I am running an ad for a specific job that requires specific experience-—

IF I only have 2 openings available at this time-—

IF 100 people apply for these 2 positions-—

If I can only hire 2 & I will determine which 2 are the most useful to me-—

Am I going to be sued by Obama for NOT hiring the other 98 ????????

This is about the nuttiest thing Obama has come up with so far....and...

This surely isn’t his OCT SURPRISE !!! It is only Sept.

It’s an obvious political attack, just like the IRS and the Tea Racist.

Corrupt government to the core. For all the world to see. They’re just trying to muddy the waters, so if Trump wins and nominates this guy for SCOTUS, they MIGHT have something to throw at his confirmation hearing.

However, the Feds usually don’t too well against folks that have money. Which is why you very rarely see them go after folks with money.

Add to that, that Thiel is gay and he stands a chance to crush the Dept of Labor.

This is very bad and very foolish. Chinese researches should be kept at Universities, if they are hired in companies they can not resist the pressure from their home country.

These people are not spies in a classical sense. They are usually ordinary Chinese who are leaned on by Chinese intelligence to cooperate. They have no years of training at a spy school. They are assigned to handlers who are spies. They will bring all kind of stuffs to their handler. Then handlers need to sift through them, find something useful and send it to their headquarter.

It is a dragnet operation. Nobody is a spy from start. So I am not sure marrying a Chinese woman/man from Mainland China is a good move if you deal with sensitive materials at work. Chinese intelligence will find you spouse and "persuade" him/her to cooperate. Of course, if you are an ordinary person, there would be no problem.

China is taking small pieces from many (=the masses). In a way it is an extension of what Mao said:

We should go to the masses and learn from them, synthesize their experience into better, articulated principles and methods, then do propaganda among the masses, and call upon them to put these principles and methods into practice so as to solve their problems and help them achieve liberation and happiness.
