A witness told police she heard screaming coming from the restroom and ran in to see what was wrong. The witness pulled on the first stall door, but it was locked. Through the crack of the door the witness saw Powell with his hand over the mouth of an 8-year-old female child, who was trying to get away. The witness screamed at Powell to let the child go but he would not, the affidavit says.

Corvallis has a five star pre school and young readers program. They also discourage lone children and give plenty of couches to elderly grandparents (a detail I appreciated). The staff quietly moves the riff raff out of that portion of the library. The drawback is mainly that it requires a lot of family support and good staff to keep their eyes out.
Satan has totally hijacked what used to be America. And in less than 50 years, too.
