Anybody know what this is?
I’ve become pretty familiar with much of the Islamic jargon, but this is new to me.
SubhanAllah could be literally translated as “Praise God” or “Glory to God.” This is undeniably as case of Islamic terrorism and law enforcement suspected this was the case within about an hour of the attack. Cetin has a criminal record and his fingerprints were on file. The Washington State Patrol PIO, Lt. Cammock, in his briefing to the media on Sunday 9/26/16 admitted that police had made a fingerprint match for Cetin with the fingerprints on the long gun left at the scene by the shooter within about an hour. Proof positive that police knew within an hour of these murders: that the shooter was NOT Hispanic; that his name was Arcan Cetin; that he had multiple arrests for assault; his last known address and parent’s address was in neighboring Oak Harbor, WA; that he was a 20-yr-old permanent legal immigrant from Turkey (a stepson to a Navy man who married Cetin’s Turkish mother while he was deployed); they knew that he had left the mall on foot, even knowing what route he took to cross the freeway heading West in the direction of Oak Harbor.
All of this was known within about 1 hour of the attack - and yet law enforcement repeatedly claimed they were looking for a 20-30 year old HISPANIC male and that the FBI had already determined that the shooter’s motivation did not appear to be terrorism.
As hours passed, the narrative emerged that the shooter had targeted a former girlfriend who worked at Macy’s. There were also claims that witnesses said the shooter had repeatedly shouted a girl’s name during the attack. We now know that this former girlfriend had not had contact with Cetin for several months; that she no longer worked for Macy’s; that when she was employed by Macy’s, it was at a different mall some 35 minutes away; and, most importantly, she was not one of the victims. Lastly, to account for the girl’s name Cetin reportedly shouted while carrying out the attack? Based on Cetin’s postings to his Tumblr page, it’s likely that he shouted both “SubhanAllah” and “Jannah.” Jannah is and Islamic word for Paradise and could be easily misinterpreted by non-Islamic witnesses to be the girl’s name, Jana.
This whole incident has been covered in lies and misinformation from the moment that the FBI and Homeland Security arrived on the scene, which was within that first hour after the attack. I don’t believe local law enforcement was responsible for the lies and disinformation. I believe they were ordered by the Feds to this to deflect the public from outrage over another case of Islamic terrorism.
As Rush would say, “Don’t doubt me.” I’ve lived in this area all my life. I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and have close ties and experience working with local law enforcement. If these officers were free to talk, I’m betting that they would all say this was a terrorist act and that they are livid that they have been forced to be complicit in this campaign of lies.
