If you were an FBI agent and you had a family to support, it would be very tough to go against the non-disclosure agreement, knowing that you would lose your job and your pension. They were in a very tough spot. The Clintons and Obama are ruthless.
So you would excuse a government agent for violating his oath to the Constitution and selling out his country.
An agent with a family also has to consider the lives of his family in light of the clinton killings. Knowing one must do the right thing and uphold the Constitution is simpler for an agent who does not have to be concerned that his 4 yr old may be Killary's next target. It's not like witness protection would be available either.

Yes, like other Gov jobs their years of service are credited for retirement. One of the sharpest officers I ever knew and served with passed on, and; he had two sons. One graduated from the Air Force Academy, and; the other West Point. One is FBI now.
