I’ve been critical of his performance, but no way she made him look like a buffoon. He looked Presidential in his manner, while she looked desperate, attacking with her rehearsed little speeches and mean-spirited little jabs.
And as usual, as much as she tried to sound entertaining, with her phony laughter and smirks, she was boring and unimpressive. In fact anyone who has ever had the misfortune of meeting her, will tell you, there is nothing memorable about this little shrew. Some people walk into a room and take command - Trump. Some people are like wallpaper, they are there, but you don’t really notice them - Clinton.
In the service we used to talk about 'command presence.' Trump definitely has it in spades.
I attended a “listening session” of Hillary’s at a local college when she was running for Senator. Many in attendance were townspeople who brought their children. Most scripted thing I ever saw. The room was fairly full when she began and was significantly emptied before she finished. She stood alone at a rope line, with nobody stopping to shake her hand. Nobody. If she had looked up, I might have greeted her. I passed on by, too.
