“amazes me is that the dog has almost no trace of a French accent.”

He’s got no French Poodle in his breed.
Perfect!
OMG! You know I love the Frenchies. This is adorable!
lemme see...JOB...KIDS...WIFE...HOME REPAIRS...Sleep....

Ok, OK..I promise next week I will spend time with the dog....Promise....Till then, please teach him to call me Daddy?
“I dunno but it was one of those damn klaxon-blaring alarms, dire warnings, a link to a phone number to fix my PC and then sudden shut down.
Freaking script kiddies, again.”

Those are annoying, tho it doesn’t seem as if anyone else got a scam-attempt page. They can hide in your browser if you don’t clean it out between usage.
Awhile back one of my bros was worried cause he got a scam-fake “FBI WARNING!!” page. If you haven’t seen one they look something like this image:
http://s3.amazonaws.com/fedscoop-media/uploads/2014_07_FBIVIRUSscam.jpg
It just locks up your browser, it doesn’t do anything else. Clean out your browser cache and cookies and it’s gone.
LOL
Told my son’s overweight dog once she was going on a diet. She said “scruuuueeee youuuuuu.”
I hate to admit that I generally leave my Alienware on, well...forever.
Right now, I’ve got like 40G left on a terabyte drive, haven’t cleaned my cache or cookies in eons and it really needs a good formatting.
However, I have so many progs installed that I dread it.
So, here I am.
;D
Ping
This is not audioshopped?
That’s nothing - ever tried to give a cat a bowl of cheap catfood and then watch as s/he attempts to bury it as if it were catpoop & then walks away indigently?
I’m not much on gaming so I don’t have that problem. You prob don’t need to format, that’s kinda drastic. Just a little housekeeping helps.
Are you using Windows? If so, “CCleaner” is a safe and excellent program to clean out caches, cookies and temporary crap (it’s original name was “CrapCleaner” back in the day).
You can get it here:
http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner
Just click on the green “download” bar on the top right.
I had a little Yorkie that when my friend came to visit and I answered the door holding the Yorkie she would say “Hello”

I don’t believe so, dogs can be trained to vocalize words.
As I said, one of my sisters dogs could say “I love you” and others here can tell you of dogs they’ve had or heard that can say a few words.
Boz, our Boxer buddy we have now is a rescue and for months wouldn't even bark. He is very quiet and only cries out when we ask him if he wants to check the mail and does the "Scooby-Doo Huh" sound when I ring the doorbell.

It seems little dogs pick it up more often than the big dawgs, from what I’ve observed over the years.
“He could say “I want” when he wanted a treat.”
==
That’s familiar - the sis’ dog would say the full sentence “I want a hamburger”. The “hamburger” part was stretched out - “hamburrrgerrrr”.
Haven’t heard a dog that could do this yet:

Wow! I just played that and my dog started barking LOL
LOL!
