The devices is probably very difficult to see in normal lighting conditions and straight on viewing angles. This photo just happened to catch the stage lights reflecting on it. Nobody’s ear is so clean that it reflects light like this!
That was one of those inner ear infection tubes they use on kids...I have a Ocean Front Property in Death Valley to sell if any one is interested for it as a max security mass prison site.
