I saw the picture of the passport on Drudge. What struck me is, the requirements for passport photos explicitly states the subject shall not smile! I’ve know applications to be rejected because of smiling photo.
Apparently not Mooches’ though.
As an aside, that IS the only photo of Mooch I’ve seen where she doesn’t have that angry Aunt Esther face.
The requirements do state that there’s no smiling and a bunch of other parameters, and any independent photo business will hold to that. But I had my photo taken at the post office, and gave a nice big smile without being told not to. They took my picture and no one rejected it because it was internal.
