A step-stool might have been interesting, she would be required to get up on it and off it all by herself. Could she actually balance on a small step-stool without falling off for 90 minutes?

During the Ford-Carter debate in 1976, Carter, who was much shorter than Ford, at first demanded that Ford stand in some sort of hole to make him match Carter’s height. Ford’s people responding by saying that Carter could stand on a box. The problem was solved with each candidate got a podium that came up to their belt buckle.

That was my first thought - let her have a stool and try to stand perfectly still for 90 minutes. It would be fun to watch.
