My MIL lives off Peachtree just down from Lenox..... That’s all very expensive real estate.....fine restaurants, Ritz Carlton and high end condos and estates.....

Lenox Mall is a dangerous place. That’s where the MARTA station is. Buckhead is a wealthy area but dangerous after dark. It used to be a great area but no more. I’d say why but it would make me a hater. :-)
