She’ll have to change her story about the window being closed. That’s a non-starter. If her lawyers are smart they’ll have her say she “thought” the window was open. That’s because if a person is untruthful at “Point A”, they won’t be believed on “Ponits B-Z”.
I expect some kind of plea bargain to come of this.

Nope, killing people because they don’t obey orders is the root of the problem.

Deadly force should only be used if an officer’s life is at risk, not if the arrestee doesn’t obey your orders.
