Have you seen the ground level video?

I saw a totally out of it black man NOT doing what he was instructed to do. I just want to point that out. This is ENDEMIC in the black community and the ACTUAL CAUSE of the problem.

I heard that his car was PARKED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET LONG BEFORE THE COP EVEN NOTICED HIM.
