I clicked on the red (with Donald in Pittsburgh [paraphrasing] towards the top of the screen. Got the video page (with verbiage saying he was supposed to start about 10:10) a commercial and am currently seeing a blue screen with Pittsburgh Action News 4.
Varney on Fox Biz said they would go to the speech when he starts (not sure if they’ll show the entire speech or just dip in).
