I have a great idea. We send in our street gangs armed to the teeth and pay them 5.00 a beard. Or, the NRA. They would probably do it for free and bring their own guns and pay for the ammo.

That is very similar to an idea that I had in the late seventies and early eighties. If we went to war against the Soviets, we would airdrop the Hell’s Angels and every other motorcycle gang that we could get on a plane into various places all over Russia. They would be granted a pardon of all crimes they had ever committed, and be allowed to keep whatever booty they managed to steal. In the end, of course, the Russians would have creamed them. However, it would have created a lot of confusion behind their lines.
