Something like the incident Marshall claims happened would have witnesses and most likely video on someone’s phone. Sounds pretty farfetched to me.
I live in the Denver area and Marshall’s claims were the topic on the radio this morning. The host was rightly thrilled that the claims by Marshall was even being questioned in the first place rather than taken as Gospel simply because he said it.
And you’re right, it does sound rather farfetched.
Clearly someone is lying and because the stakes are fairly high, I think there should be an investigation. If BM is telling the truth, then there are a couple officers that need to reprimanded. If BM is lying, then he should be shamed and humiliated. The simple truth is all that’s needed.
