Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has moved the time of his Toledo rally on Wednesday back one hour to 1 p.m. The rally planned for the Stranahan Theater, 4645 Heatherdowns Blvd., was originally set for noon. Tickets are available on the Trump campaign website, donaldjtrump.com/schedule, and doors open at 10 a.m. The reason for the one-hour time adjustment was not immediately known. The Toledo rally is the only public event on his schedule Wednesday. He has two events the day before in another swing state, North Carolina, and will be in Chester Township, Pa., a suburb of Philadelphia, on Thursday. The rally will be Mr. Trumps second in Toledo since winning the Republican nomination in July. He spoke before nearly 9,000 people at downtown Toledos Huntington Center on July 27 during which he promised to crush a controversial international trade deal, lambasted the state of Ohio's economy under Democratic rule, and vowed to protect the nation from the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.
