Beekeepers wife was here. Took pics of the bees and unfortunately got stung. She's thinking they aren't honey bees since the bee didn't leave a stinger but swelled. She thinks they are the bees that are on pear trees and don't produce honey.

Husband will be back tomorrow morning if they are honey bees. Thanks. Probably have to have some of our wood siding taken off to get to them.

Sounds like they have moved in big time.

We had trouble with a nasty little bee that was burrowed under our sidewalk to the front door.

They would go after any one who walked down the walk.

When they bit, no stinger here either, our granddaughter something had to be done.

Husband went after them with a vengeance, got bit and arm swelled up so had to take antibiotics, but finally got rid of them.

They were a scavenger type that actually would bite and would infect a person.

So good luck with your endeavors and I hope you can get rid of them without much destruction on your home.
