From what I’ve seen, the millennials mostly want to start a new restaurant or wine bar or some other foo-foo crap joint that serves existing demand rather than manufacturing or primary economic activities.
Or an artisanal goat cheese farm when they have never been within 500 miles of a farm animal.
That’s what they’re opening here. Krush Wine, Steak and Grape, etc.
