If you have a vagina, you use WOMEN’S rooms...
The ONLY people who legally have a choice are Hermaphrodites (people born with BOTH sex organs.)

But what if you have had your penis surgically removed and the sheath put inside the body to simulate a vagina. Then one is official a transexual, female variety. If those NCAA guys want access to ladies rooms, then let them have lady surgery, otherwise they are just playing legal games.
