Any conservative activist who can honestly put himself in the same league as Phylis Schlafly is a force to be reckoned with. She set the bar awfully high for us mere mortals.

BFL, thanks for posting this, Kaslin. She was one of my heroes (See my Freep Page) and while I decry the overuse of this label...she was one to me, and I don’t think that overuses it.
In an odd way, I feel somehow emotionally abandoned that she left us when we needed her most, but...as she would likely point out (accurately) “If you are still dependent on me after all this time...something has to change...”

Phyllis Schlafly was a true patriot. She always had an honest opinion on matters and usually was correct. She was not overbearing but a force to be recognized and respected.
