When asked if he was shooting to wound or shooting to killDoogle responded " being a competitive shooter I wanted to wound.I wanted to remove his right thumb first, then a testicle... Put a round in each kneecap, then try to put one up his left nostril and have it exit his right ear"

I’m thinking that the cop gave him two chances to stay down and then caught the third one in the melon.

When asked if he was shooting to wound or shooting to kill, Falconer firmly said, "Shooting to stop the threat." He said that phrase twice. Bravo for Falconer! There is a new phrase to add to the good guys with guns vocabulary right along with the phrase "I was in fear of my life and only had 6 rounds available" when questioned why you felt you had to shoot the perp six times even though he appeared to be fatally wounded after the second or third shot.
