You can say that again.
Very familiar with Alp hiking, such as The Tour de Mont Blanc (TMB).
100 miles of scenic alpine heaven, beer, wine, fresh cheese & home made bread at Refugios every 3 to 5 miles.
EVERY backpacker / strong hiker should do that circuit at least once in their life...

Thanks for sharing. I’ve read the founders of the Appalachian Trail actually envisioned it just like that—with “feeder trails” leading to the AT from the major East Coast cities with places to stay and have a meal at regular intervals.
