“Still on the ground in your video too when he was shot. This is a criminal investigation. Not your typical in house whitewash ethics enquiry.”
Well, then we shall see.
More than you.
Being shot AT is worse, and I didn't scream.
Cowardly people with overactive imaginations will get innocent people killed. They shot the guy on the ground. Hello?
LOL...I always answer, "Not enough".
What stuff?
So did the hysterical lady cop shoot him after he was already on the ground after being tazed?
My guess, based on other incidents, is that it wasn’t one of the two guys on scene that opened fire, but one of the guys that ran up at the end.
Even if he was a dangerous guy, his hands were clearly up in the air.

Looked to me like he might have been ignoring verbal commands of the officers and when he got to the vehicle he reached in through the open window, possibly to access a weapon. If that is correct, he made a big mistake. Is tasering mandated in such a situation? I have no idea.
I had no idea a vehicle could not be used a deadly weapon. Thanks for the tip Karl.
When the driver is on the ground, maybe you should understand that.
What weapons?
Uh, the one with the steering wheel. Hello?
Cowardly people with overactive imaginations will get innocent people killed.
Cowardly? A vehicle can be used as a deadly weapon.
the driver is on the ground, maybe you should understand that.
We're talking about the timeline of events leading up to the shooting and what could have occurred if the suspect had gained access to the vehicle or a weapon in the vehicle.
Btw, this is not the only suspect to be shot while on the ground for failing to disobey commands.
Happens all the time Karl.
And for the record, I am not claiming the suspect what shot while on the ground. Could have happened, but I’d need additional information.
He didn’t commit any crime. It was a cop fantasy in motion. That is what you are sticking up for. A fantasy.
Look sport
This guy was unarmed
She had half a dozen other cops there.
Shoot to kill?
Ok
In today’s world, cops are hesitating too much. The female should have tasered him the second he turned around, ignored commands to stop, and started walking back toward the truck.
Then all this becomes moot.
Now, its riot time again.
What would you suggest? Allowing the suspect to regain entry into a vehicle? What if he fled and took hostages at another location, or ran a red and killed some family? They cant allow the suspect to reenter that vehicle for a multitude of real good reasons.

I think you are exactly right. If there’s ANY possibility someone is going to die in such a confrontation, I prefer that it not be a police officer or an innocent bystander.
Too true.
Cop stop me and tells me to jitterbug,
I jitterbug.
But if i don’t and said cop has 6 assistants and i dont dance, i should get killed!
I have no idea if a crime had been committed by this individual. But I do know he walked to what I assume was his vehicle or one he’d been in and had repeatedly ignored verbal warnings. Most understand why the suspect could not be allowed to reach in, or quickly enter that vehicle. It’s pretty basic stuff. For all the cop knew, he could have swung open the door, grabbed a shotgun on the seat and opened up.
It’s a disorder, mostly found in urban areas. Its called FTP.
What if you don't know the jitterbug? Never mind, you should be shot. I understand now.
