Immaterial. That guy was big enough to be a threat with his bare hands. That’s why they told him to put his hands up and stand still, which he did not do.
And save the smugness for when something has actually been determined.

Sarcasm aside, how do you think cops figure things out?
Those are all “tells” about behavior. Maybe not absolute, but they’re red flags.
How many times have you heard a cop say that someone was “acting suspicious?”
What weapons? The police have said that the man was unarmed and there were no weapons in the SUV. The police were not responding to a different incident when they came across the SUV stalled in the road. Apparently his only crime is he refused to obey the officer commands, and since he wasn't doing anything illegal there was no legal reason why he should have. And for that he gets shot.
Just an honest mistake. Give the bootlickers a break.
Like I said, I’ll wait until I see a more coherent presentation of the facts. I couldn’t see when the guy got tasered, and the audio I get on the video is not live from the cops mics until the female officer yells “shots fired.”
And when their "tells" are wrong, they misread their red flags, and shoot an unarmed man who was doing nothing wrong then what next? My God, a man is dead and there is no reason why he should be. There was no threat to the police or anyone in the area. There was no justification for this.

You mean you couldn’t see the “suspect” fall to the pavement after they said they were going to tazer him? Before the shot was fired?

There’s commercial radio broken by snippets of police talk. I don’t hear anything about “going to tazer him.”
The voice you hear saying “I think he’s just been tazered,” is the helicopter pilot overhead upon seeing the guy fall down (from being shot?), followed immediately by the “shots fired” call.

Why they were there is irrelevant to what was happening when the man was shot.
He dropped about a pint of arterial blood as it found its way back out the wound channel. Guy was dead before he hit the deck. Getting shot under the arm, through the lungs, into the aorta/heart area is a very VERY quick way to go. Very messy too.
Still on the ground in your video too when he was shot. This is a criminal investigation. Not your typical in house whitewash ethics enquiry.
