I’ve seen that video before and it’s very enlightening. If possible, when someone approaches me I always try to keep something between me and them. A car, lamppost, trash can, anything. I know it’s not always possible especially in a busy mall when there’s no reason to have your guard up. But, it’s a good idea whenever possible.
