Nonsense. Putin wants a client state in the ME, project the influence of Putinist Russia, block any pipelines to Europe, etc.

Do you even know what you're talking about? Syria has been a client state of Russia for 70 years. What exactly did RUSSIA do to precipitate anything? It was the so-called 'Arab Spring" and the funding of al- quaeda which part of it morphed into ISIS by Obama and the uniparty which destroyed the STATUS QUO. Get your facts straight before you blame Russia for anything.
