I am a fan of a half way deport i.e. take them about half way back and drop them from 20000 feet.

On the Great Circle Route from NYC to Kabul, you're dropping them into the North Sea.

Well, given the tensis strength of water from that height, I don’t think it much matters whether they hit either water or ground from that height! Water would be better though as less chance hitting some innocent bystander.
