The New York Post reported a letter that was partially written in Arabic was found in a plastic bag that held the second pressure cooker device in New York City Saturday night. That device planted four blocks from the bomb that exploded in the Chelsea neighborhood wounding 29 people did not explode and was taken away by authorities for investigation.

The Post also reported police interviewed two men who said they saw an Arabic looking man carrying a suitcase shortly before the Chelsea bomb went off around 8:30 p.m.

I don’t believe it either. It was sarcasm. But, with a touch of ‘ they never let a crisis go to waste’ thrown in there.
