Saw earlier reffered as an "apparent explosion" earlier today. Huh? Guess th perps couldn't find any hushaboom in large enough quantity. Motive------undetermined. 😲

After reports came out that the evidence is clear the bomb was outside the dumpster (metal bent inward, not outward - you can see that in all the dumpster photos), CNN reported that the bomb was inside the dumpster.
