This is the face of someone who is stoned, drugged, or drunk and trying to appear sober. She is clenching her jaw very hard, you can tell by the tightness of the muscles. Clenching your teeth and jaw is a reflex action that drunks or druggies do while they are desperately attempting to appear normal.
