As for the Somali speculation - yes we do have a sizeable Somali population and have had some problems previously with them at the Mall, mainly dealing with their hygiene practices and their use of the bathrooms.
I once spoke with a mall employee who told me she had to clean up poop on the bathroom floor as the newer immigrants did not understand how to use a toilet and they were used to simply squatting on the floor.
In the past 25 years or so, St Cloud has also had a growing population of blacks who have fled Chicago and other areas of unrest.
