I’m not a lawyer and I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn.....
But can’t a defendant petition the court to be removed as a defendant?
Say Soros for instance.
He would still have to spend time and resources to be taken off the list.

Whether successful or not I believe this suit, by naming names, plants seeds for later cultivation.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

.............oh yes!

..........it’s called a “Motion to Sever” around here and something close to that around the country.

Probably before that one they will file a “Motion to Dismiss” the whole case. Soros can afford top lawyers and can be expected to file every motion in the book. Klayman will have his hand’s full with Soros. Everybody will be stabbing everybody in the back.

So, absolutely this will sew all kinds of seeds and no doubt at one point or another it could involve or bring in most of our corrupt government.

This is serious, serious stuff. A lot of people have died already...............I expect this case will trigger more.

My big concern is can our weak and corrupt judiciary handle this? If Trump wins, I believe he will leave this alone and let it run it’s course. Indeed, I believe he and Giuliani or Christi (next AG’s) will help ANY way they can.
