Man, how stoopid is the Clinton campaign. They should let it die. Sycophants like Blumenthal simply cannot resist self-aggrandizing publicity. Now it will go on for a couple more news cycles and Clinton cannot win if Asher & McClatchy maintain their position. Trump should simply let the media run with the pi$$ing contest.

It was the ultimate troll with the ultimate ending... MSM slowly transitioning from outrage to acknowledgement of the Clinton role in birtherism.

Look at what they said:

The Hillary Clinton campaign moved Saturday to further distance itself from the re-ignited controversy about President Obama’s birthplace and long-time Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal, saying neither Clinton nor the 2008 campaign “ever” questioned the president’s citizenship.

Blumenthal of Saturday told Fox News that he didn’t tell McClatchy that Obama was born in Kenya.

Textbook Clintonian parsing. They never deny starting the birther story by asking to investigate where Obama was born, they just deny other things.

This is insane. Trump didn’t “start the controversy.” The controversy existed from the moment Obama announced. Trump publicized the controversy and mounted an investigation. All of that might have been avoided if Obama had not suppressed ALL of his records, including any credible evidence of his birth orign.

Because he was asked. The person who asked is who revived the question.

The first law of holes, or the law of holes, is an adage which states that “if you find yourself in a hole, stop digging”.
The meaning behind it is that if you find yourself in an untenable position, you should stop and change what you are doing, rather than carrying on and exacerbating the situation.

Hillary & Co. are the gift that keeps on giving. Her MSM friends can’t help her. They don’t know how to handle the natural phenomenon known as Trump.
Good, good.

Direct testimony by a MAINSTREAM MEDIA bureau chief that Hitlery's good friend Sidney told him personally that Obama was born in Kenya!!

Hitlery started the rumors.

President-elect Trump finished the rumors.

-- The point is, Cankles is on defense again. --

So is Blumenthal. I would bet that McClatchy/James Asher is not the only press outlet approached by Sid.

Blumenthal denied that he'd spread the rumor in an email to the Boston Globe. But later in the day, McClatchy itself made it clear that the charge has merit. In fact the chain sent a reporter to Kenya at Blumenthal's urging, to look into what he had to say "and that reporter determined that the allegation was false."

Kids grasp that reality. The media jerks and jerkettes refuse to understand. Takes hard work poking yourself in both eyes every day. But, they accept the pain because they get invited to stuff maybe if they just blind themselves a little more daily.

Jennifer Griffin is a dyke-ie Hillary ass-sniffer that is perfect for Fox's new liberal image. Check out this blatant Clinton-propaganda lie:

Donald Trump, Clinton’s Republican presidential rival, revived the so-called “birther” issue earlier this week when he declined to say definitively whether Obama is a U.S. citizen. BUZZ! The media brought it up under direction from team Clinton in a weak attempt to get her total collapse off the front pages.

And then there is this one:

Trump, a leader in the call for Obama to finally make public a copy of his Hawaii birth certificate, said on Friday the issue is over and called for the campaigns to move on with substantive issues. Still, he blamed Clinton for starting the controversy. Couldn't stop herself from injecting the "blame" word, instead of saying "correctly pointed out".

She is one of the many reasons I stopped watching Faux News.
