As a Democrat in great standing Mz Hillary, do you realize the taxes that are being lost by mobile vehicles serving people food as opposed to “brick and mortar” tax paying establishments?
NYC capped the number of permits available for street vendors, so now the permits are sold on the black market for many thousands of dollars. The city still gets their money through fines, fees, etc. It’s the democrat way!
