Aspiration pneumonia is a form of bacterial pneumonia.
You guys are chasing your tails, arguing over terminology that’s being used incorrectly.
Some bacterial pneumonias are “contagious” (spread from person to person), many are not.
I have no idea if Lisa Barshak is telling the truth about HRC or not, but the term “non-contagious bacterial pneumonia” is a perfectly valid diagnosis, I see many examples every week and I have for years.
