Eh, not a fan of this, but it might be necessary. Both Trump and the rest of knows that Obama’s BC is a forgery but their is nothing to be gained from it at this point.
They know the BC produced by Obama is phony, and they want to bury the question. I've wathed when Jake Tapper brought up, out of the clear blue, that there is no question of where Obama was born.

And that is exactly the point. Early on, proving he was born elsewhere would have gotten him removed from office. Now that we are stuck with Obummer for just a few months, it’s irrelevant. I hope eventually we will know the truth of it, but it is presently unimportant.

I don't know for sure about pardons in particular, but the time-honored legal rule is to invoke the ex officio rule. Unwinding all his acts would be too disruptive to even seriously contemplate. This has happened, although typically at lower levels, like mayors.
