The sad truth is that everyone else in the world see's this as John Kerry padding his resume. And everyone knows that the only person who will read his resume is John Kerry.

And everyone knows that the only person so stupid as to be impressed by and then hire John Kerry based upon his resume, is John Kerry.

The world is just so, because of John Kerry. He see's it, but he doesn't understand it. Because he is John Kerry.
