Is that just the grocery store bags, or the trash bags, or the custom bags that cover candy bars, fast food bags. What is a one time use bag. Should I start saving them like lightbulbs now?

They can ban single use plastic bags, but they can’t make us use multi-use plastic bags more than once.

Banning plastic bags is just going to kill a lot more trees. Single use paper works just fine.
