Though it is not the most common type of pneumonia, it is not unusual to contract aspiration pneumonia. Aspiration pneumonia is caused by inhaling materials such as vomit, food, or liquid.
I suspect this is all a charade to get Trump to bite on something they can use against him. Problem is he isn’t taking the bait and now they are caught in a lie.
