“I would rather not have to vote for her” is actually incredibly revealing, if cryptic. There is no way Powell could feel compelled to vote for her unless he is determined to vote for the Democrap nominee no matter what.
This is a clear sign that Powell is totally in the Democrap camp, despite his past pretense to being some kind of RINO. For this remark was written in 2014, before Trump was in the race, so it could not be an expression of “Never Trumpism”..... Powell is saying he will vote for the Democrap no matter what, so he really hopes it will not be Hillary.
