Yeah, this doesn't pass the smell test to me.

We got these so-called "food deserts" in the town where I live. I volunteer to work with kids from some of these families. Invariably the kitchen shelves are stuffed with food.

The kind of pre-packaged stuff I wouldn't buy, but food.

In Texas, it’s at least a 30 minute drive into town and maybe only one grocery store in the whole county. Lived here all my life and have yet to see anyone starve.
