If Powell would have joined with Schwarzkopf, it had a decent chance of happening. Powell was very against it.
I know why there is a ‘world wide’ war against him. And I’m pretty sure he is being very tight lipped about what could come once he becomes president. No since tipping your hand, let them wonder
Underlying all this is one glaring fact: Powell is hanging around with Dem donors and operatives and really can’t be called a Republican any more, not even an eRepublican.
