One guess was a neurological check. But if she is not a doctor/nurse/EMT trained, then who knows. Another of hildabeast’s girlfriends?
The apparent “nurse” doesn’t haave her finger on Mrs Bill’s wrist. She appears to be squeezing her fingers wich is a neurological test so I think it is that one.
I would think that a person could be fairly easily trained to administer such a test to a client with a known medical condition such as Hillary’s. In fact it would make sense to seek out a trusted aide to tend to such responsibilities rather than a trained medical techninican whose loyalty would need to be vetted.
