If she just collapsed they would have been able to pawn it off as dehydration or fatigue or Trump being mean to a girl.
What she fears is an “off episode,” where she just freezes and can’t do anything. Rough if she’s standing up. They’d have to carry her out like a cardboard cutout.
A second medical episode in a public setting will pretty much end her candidacy. If it happens again at the debate, no one is going to buy the "she powered through it" spin.
The thing is at this point Hillary supporters are just Hillary supporters and nothing will change their mind. Bill Maher said he would vote for a dead Hillary over Trump. That is the mindset. I cannot imagine before she collapsed that she would have many voters that are not hard core. I don’t see her as attracting fence sitters or undecided voters that could go either way.
If she had totally collapsed in public it might have shocked many people but I doubt it would make a difference to those planning to vote for her, might even have gathered some sympathy votes. Liberalism is indeed a sickness, mental illness. They care nothing about what is best for this country or we the people. They are convinced they know what is best for the country and the people and brainwashed liberal voters will not be swayed by any logic, reason, or other means.
