Body double is a movie industry term for a person who substitutes in some scenes for an actor, but scenes not involving closeups of the double’s face.
Unless Hillary has a long lost identical twin who has recently resurfaced, there is no body double because they just don’t exist that will be so similar in facial appearance that large numbers of observers could be fooled, especially for such a well known public figure.

The woman in the picture is someone who looks like Hillary Clinton and is dressed like Hillary Clinton but I think has several differences and therefore is not Hillary Clinton.

I saw a young woman who looked so much like my daughter that I almost spoke to her. Same face hair clothes. She was a little taller was the only difference. My daughter is adopted so it really made me wonder.
They’re getting really good with plastic surgery these days.

more telling is the full cheekbones not so obvious on the double as well as the double is a much thinner figure...howood will have to work on that one...
