Be sure to click on the story and look at the video of Hillary while she was standing in line listening to the names of those killed are being called out. This was very early in the program as Max J Belkie’s name was just called.
Hillary’s mouth is moving as if she were trying to say something, but most likely it was a Parkinson tremor in her face. Then maybe the woman in the blue dress behind Hillary notices the lip tremors, taps Hillary, and Hillary turns to talk to her.

Not only was the woman in the blue dress (Nurse, Dr?) right there with her, but watch the first 10 seconds or so of the video. The "diazepam" guy is right behind the Nurse/Dr. and he's taking a pretty serious look at Hillary as those two were talking:
