It is starting to look as if the first thing a dem politician should do when they get elected (or before) is to set up a foundation.

Second step is to hire all of your close relatives to staff it for high six-figure pay.

Third step, fill'er up! (Put the squeeze on 'donors' and promise them some goodies).

Fourth step, sit back and relax. Who needs a stinkin' federal pension?
