Do you know how HPPA got started? It got started when Bill Clinton fired the White House doctor for refusing to give him a prescription for a drug unless Clinton told him why he needed the prescription.
The drug in question was supposedly for herpes, and the incident became widely reported at the time.
Clinton was furious that his condition of having an STD became known to the public and pushed congress to enact this thing we now call HPPA.

Not against the law to identify WHO she is. Campaign says HRC did not see Bardak till she arrived in Chappaqua. Interested who woman is and if Campaign is covering Dr traveling with HRC after diagnosing her and prescribing rest.
